About Me

I believe in the power of authenticity and loving energetic exchange.

After 8 years of consistent practice, I sought to deepen my connection with yoga and began attending week-long retreats with Emily Shapiro.

I felt called to go further and completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training with Cleo Post at Rainbow Body Yoga in the summer of 2023. Rooted in nature, self-inquiry, and a rich tapestry of yoga philosophy, the training not only honed my teaching skills but opened my eyes, mind, and heart to the profound self-discovery achievable through yoga.

My classes prioritize fun and fluid flows, and place a premium on being with yourself authentically. Farts, giggles, and tears are all welcome.
